In the popular Amazon Original series “Die Discounter”, janitor Wilhelm wants to sell his homemade candles in the supermarket, but store manager Thorsten hates them and doesn’t allow it. So we took on Wilhelm's problem and launched an appeal on social media: with 5,000 likes, we'll bring Wilhelm's candles from the series to the Netto store. The post went viral and the candles were produced and offered to fans as a limited edition exclusively at Netto, where they sold out within 24 hours.
